Entire letter (part of upper flap missing) endorsed 'Via Ostend' to St. Petersburg franked at double rate with 1 d. red stars, 4 d. rose, 6 d. lilac and 1 s. green tied by London numerals, alongside with circled 'p' and 'Aus England per Aachen' transit tieing three of the adhesives.
