Envelope from Paris to St. Petersburg at 80 c. rate via Prussia, bearing 1867 Empire Laureated 80 c. tied by dotted star ''1'' matching ''Paris/Pl. de la Bourse'' cds adjacent, with red crayon ''wf 2'' weiterfranko. The ''Poste de Paris'' left the North Station in Paris on the 19th of January and arrived to Marseloo (Holland), then was forwarded to destination via Prussia. A remarkable Ballon Monté to an unusual destination. Cérès = € 13'500.
