1867, 10 c. brown, vertical pair from the upper left corner of the sheet, positions 1 & 14, clear to predominantly large margins, (20c being the single rate to specific South American destinations i.e. Chile, Peru, Ecuador, Argentina and Paraguay), applied on reverse of 31st March 1868 cover to Arequipa (Peru), tied by light strike of ''Correo de La Paz/RB'' cds, with Tacna transit cds which also ties the franking.
