Front of cover to Boston (U.S.A.) at 85 soldi rate bearing pair of 5 s. rose and strip of five of 15 s. brown, all with small slits (probably to avoid the re-use of the adhesives) and cancelled in transit by three-line ''Lettere Arrivate col Vapore dal Levante'' of Triest, with red Aachen and Boston cds's alongside.
