Eagle type, the 10 kop. surface printed essay in blue, extraordinarily fresh impression, cut to shape and affixed to upper flap of an envelope, tied by albino embossed trial cancellation of a hollow star surrounded by concentric rings of dots, repeated four times on front and reverse, also tied by two strikes of the same cancellation, with a further strike alongside.
