1869-71, 5 c. black, in combination with 25 c. green, both tied to envelope to London by indistinct cancel in black, carried via British P.O. at Panama with faint strike of double arc datestamp which overstruck the London cds on front, with circled ''1s/-'' marking alongside covering the external postage from Panama to England, this charge being required due to Nicaragua not being a member of the UPU at that time.
