1856, 4 r. red and 8 r. red-lilac (Zacatecas), both being quarter used respectively as 1 r. and 2 r., tied to cover front (slightly reduced) to Guadalajara by framed with date ''Fresnillo/Novbre 11''. The year of usage was almost certainly 1859, as there was a shortage of stamps in Zacatecas in that year. A very rare ''fractional'' cover including two quadrisect usages. Cert. Jaretzky.
