Folded cover from Vienna to Vevey (Switzerland) bearing 1850/54 machine paper 6 kr. rose-brown type III, in very rare mixed franking with 1858 15 kr. blue type I, both tied by ''Wien 2/11'' datestamp, alongside manuscript ''6'' (Kreuzer Weiterfranko) and ''10'' (Austrian Neukreuzer), with Berne and Vevey cds's on reverse. The 6 kr. shows ample to large margins and has been lifted for examination and hinged back into place. An absolutely magnificent mixed franking and impressive exhibition piece.
