1867, 5 c. green, third re-engraving, single copy, pos. 55, complete to huge margins, and block of three, pos. 42-43/54, just cut into in places but mostly large margins, both tied by ornate circular handstamp of Potosí to 1868 February 8 cover to Cobija, paid at double inter-departmental rate. An extremely rare example of only two recorded covers bearing a 20 c. domestic rate. Sobohispo 17. Ex Patiño.
