1867-68, 1/2 r. blue, 1868 printing, two strips of four, pair and single copy, tied by Riobamba cds's, franking a judicial wrapper up to 11 ounces (parcel rate), ''10 1/2 oz'' in manuscript at top right, carried to Quito. This cover was one of the four back page illustrations (the title page did not illustrate any item) of the Funkhouser sale (October, 1975). One of the largest recorded frankings of this value.
