Smyrna. 1879, Jan 1. Cover to Genoa carried at double rate, bearing fine impression 3 s. green (2, one of them creased) and coarse impression 10 s. blue pair, the later in contrasting combination together with pair of fine impression 10 s. blue, all tied by ''Lloyd Agentie/Smirne'' cds's (Tchilinguirian fig. 8), with Brindisi transit on reverse. A very rare mixed franking bearing four 10s denominations including fine and coarse impressions. Mi 2II, 4I, 4II.
