1899-1908, Liberty seated. 1905, January. Cover to Pulacayo (Bolivia) bearing 5 c. (small tear at top) used in very rare mixed franking with Bolivia 1901-04 5 c., the latter being applied for paying the inland Bolivian fee, both tied by ''Ambulancia Entre Calama y Cebolla'' cds at the Bolivian frontier. A fascinating cover and as far as we can say, unique. Kn. 153+Bol. Yv. 69.
