1899-1908, Liberty seated. 10 p. green and black, inverted centred, a remarkable and most desirable example of this fascinating variety with complete sheet margin at left. The scarcest variety of this highly significant semi-modern Argentine issue, with only 25 copies issued, being one of the most remarkable varieties of this period in South American philately. Cert.
