1828, May 21. Cover to Popayán displaying very fine italic ''Bucaramanga/Indias'' and ''Debe'' from the colonial period, the latter being unrecorded by Tizón. Dated by Santa María. An extremely rare combination of postmarks, being probably unique including the ''Debe.'' handstamp.
