1869-73, 1/2 r. blue on blued paper, very fresh and well margined on 1 oz judicial wrapper to Quito, tied by dotted lozenge with matching ''Ibarra/19 Jul° 73/Franca'' cds alongside, both applied in red. A remarkable late use in 1873, further enhanced by the very rare cancellation usage in red in Ibarra. Scott 7. Ex Funkhouser.
