1853, 100 r. lilac, a marginal strip of three from the left of the sheet, detailed impression and superb embossing, enormous margins on three sides including sheet margin and remarkable portions of four adjoining stamps, being wide at base, tied to piece by ''52'' postmarks of Oporto (slight corner crease at bottom left, in no way detracting), being the most spectacular strip of three of the very few recorded; also a block of four in deep colour, showing shifted alignment of transfers at right, clear even margins all around, with neat ''52'' postmarks of Oporto (small scissor cut between adhesives at base, of no importance), being a very rare multiple with only about six so far recorded (ex Leote and Salgado).
