426			Colonial Period, incoming mail from Spain carried by warships. 1802-08 ca. Cover endorsed ''Por Buenos Aires/Por la Fragata -La O-'' from Spain via Río de la Plata to Lima, rated ''13'' reales de plata and very fine ''España'' in red applied in La Coruña; a further cover (right side flap missing) from Cádiz to Santiago de Chile via Lima endorsed ''Navío de Guerra Asia'' with straight-line ''Cadiz.'' and framed ''MZ'' applied in Lima. This service started to operate in 1802 when the ''Correos Marítimos'' joined the Spanish Royal ''Armada''. A very scarce pair.	EUR 400.00
